Headless Crocodiles
A philosophy rooted in attention to detail — finding the missing pieces that make all the difference.

The Story
When I was a young child, I had a bit of an obsession with drawing crocodiles. Crocodile after crocodile... after crocodile. These stick figure masterpieces were my pride and joy, and I eagerly showed one to a friend.
"Where's its head?" she asked. I turned the page around, and sure enough, she was right — there was no head! Just a giant pair of disembodied jaws with rows of jagged teeth.
Determined to make my crocodile more complete, I started adding new details — scales, claws, a beach, trees in the background, shading, and more. Before I knew it, I had produced a drawing a hundred times more detailed and vibrant than anything I had done before!
This lesson has always stuck with me: to look carefully at the details and constantly expand your vision so that new discoveries can be made, and new possibilities reached. I apply this mindset to all my work.
Design Approach
Observation
Every project begins with deep observation — understanding not just what exists, but what's conspicuously absent.
Strategy First
Design without strategy is decoration. Every visual choice is backed by intention and business logic.
Precision
Details aren't details. They make the design. Meticulous execution across every touchpoint.
Missing Pieces
Finding the headless crocodiles — the overlooked elements that transform good work into great.
